Marvin Yorke, BA(Hon), CPA, FCCA
Founder and Managing Director
Marvin Yorke founded MYPC to give insurers a specialist they can work with directly. He has more than two decades of experience in assurance, financial reporting and insurance advisory, and is a Canadian CPA and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Originally from St. Lucia and now based in Ontario, Marvin has worked with insurers across the Caribbean, North America and Europe.
Two decades in insurance reporting
Before founding MYPC, Marvin built his career at PwC, KPMG, BDO Canada, RSA and Sun Life, working on both the audit and the industry side of insurance.
Since 2018 he has provided IFRS 17 advisory, training and implementation support to life, health and general insurers in multiple jurisdictions, and has worked alongside auditors and regulators throughout the Caribbean.
